Sizing

Higher Power Crystals is happy to accommodate sizing requests as well as any other special requests. Please contact us prior to placing order for a free short consultation. In the placement of stones, no two items are alike.

How to Determine Sizing

Simply measure your wrist in the area you’d like the bracelet to lay. Add at least 3/4 inches to that size. For example, if your wrist measures a hair over 7 ½ inches, but you like the bracelet to move a little, you will order pieces that are 8 ¾ in.

Shipping

Your order will be Energetically cleansed and smudged with Black Sage and Palo Santo. Each piece arrives ready to wear! Please note that our product is handmade and ships within 5-15 business days*, regardless of the chosen shipping method. Actual delivery time and cost depends on the shipping method and rate of the company chosen by buyers. FREE SHIPPING on domestic orders over $200. If you need to EXPEDITE a purchase, please contact Higher Power Crystals before ordering. We will do our best to generate a shipping estimate but cannot guarantee such a rate.

Returns & Exchanges

Higher Power Crystals does not accept returns and exchanges on any custom-made item, due to the vibrational energy exchange which occurs when the item is received and/or touched by the buyer. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. To return your product, you should mail your product to our address. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us via email.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items that meet our return policy may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
